• Accepted order will be immediately confirmed by an e-mail and in case of need specified by an e-mail or phone
• In case of not having all the goods on stock, an alternative term of delivery or cancelling the item will be agreed with a customer by a phone or an e-mail
  
  

• Goods are sent immediately after receiving or specifying an order by a shipping service.

• Online and fax orders are sent in order of receiving.

• Telephonic orders are processed after processing online and fax orders.
